Talent Development Programme
Developing human capital in the field of Islamic finance, either in the form of producing more financial-savvier Shari’ah scholars or Shari’ah-savvy industry practitioners, is one of the mandates entrust unto ISRA by its main stakeholder, Bank Negara Malaysia.In executing the above mandate ISRA offers the following programmes, either in collaboration with other like-minded and interested institutions or singularly, to enlarge the pool of Shari’ah scholars:
- Scholarship for academically excellent and morally upright post-graduate and undergraduate students;
- Attachment training programmes for high-achieving graduates;
- Internship programmes for penultimate or final year Shari’ah undergraduate students and fellowship programmes for postgraduate students (by Research); and
- Financial aid for eligible students.
